Christian Patti "The Side Of Melara"
Christian Patti, who was born in Italy, has been living in Germany since 2001 and is starting his journey into his jet set life from here. Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Switzerland and, of course, his homeland of Italy are on the agenda. Always inside the record bag: the freshest sound from Techno, Minimal and Tech-House, mixed with his self-produced tracks.
So also on his new EP, which currently appears on Amber Recordings. “The Side Of Melara” could be described best as percussion-based and progressive. Also from Italy comes the first remix: Felix Sanchez, who is currently tearing down walls on labels like Moonshake or Innocent Music, delivers a beautiful tribal-heavy number. Hannes Matthiessen, who had been already on the wheels of steel at the famous Tunnel Club (Hamburg) as DJ Scarecrow back in the late 90s, manages a cleverly constructed tune and Stereophonie delivers a bass-heavy remix that should not be missing at any Tech-House party.
Music is life! That’s also the way Christian Patti sees it and thus puts all his efforts into the new EP. On many more that dope releases! Cheers!
